Annual Stress Reduction Program

Are you feeling stressed-out, anxious, tired, and/or overwhelmed? Do you experience symptoms related to high stress such as poor sleep, fatigue, weight gain, mood swings and digestive symptoms? Come learn how to address the negative impact stress has on both your mind and body in our 4 Week Stress-Reduction Program.  
 
This program will help you:

  • Have an appreciation for mind-body medicine and an understanding of the effects of stress on both
  • Be able to recognize and identify the symptoms of stress
  • Learn tools and techniques to help relieve symptoms of stress, including healthy cooking and eating habits, mindfulness exercises, and physical exercises
  • Have a deeper appreciation for yourself

The package also includes:

  • 2 visits with a Naturopathic Doctor
  • 1 visit with another practitioner specializing in hands-on treatment (Osteopathy, Massage, or Acupuncture)
  • 1 package of Stress Busting Tea
  • 1 workbook to take with you to record your progress
  • 4 weekly group sessions with other participants
  • 8 weekly check-ins
