As a therapist and counsellor, Ariella operates through a holistic wellness lens while also working from an anti-oppressive, client-centred, and trauma-informed context. Ariella views therapy as a deeply collaborative process grounded in mutual respect, empathy, and non-judgmental listening. She offers an integrative approach and uses modalities such as attachment theory, dream-work, active imagination, and mindfulness. Her areas of interest include issues of self-worth, self-esteem, body awareness, empowerment, relationships, and sexuality. Her goal is to gently facilitate reflection, insight and greater awareness of self and others. She looks forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey towards better health.
