Available for virtual and in-person appointments, Soroosh is a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in spiritually-integrated psychotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic (body-based) approaches in supporting the people he works with. He has graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies (MPACS) and the University of Toronto and a Master of Pastoral Studies, Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy (Buddhist Studies Stream). Soroosh has taught mindfulness at retreat centres in Canada and at the University of Toronto.
With 10+ years of experience in mindfulness practice and both personal and professional exploration of the mind and body, Soroosh offers a holistic approach to working with people experiencing emotional distress and life upheavals. He focuses on helping clients develop and trust their own creative and intuitive capacities to change the course of their lives, having a deep belief and experience that all people can make positive changes to their lives.
